Happy International Women’s Day!

As the spring breeze brings warmth and nature awakens, we celebrate the 115th International Women’s Day. On the afternoon of March 7th, Vice President Liu Hejun visited our frontline female employees to extend his greetings and present them with commemorative gifts.

During the visit, Vice President Liu expressed his heartfelt congratulations to all female staff, noting that International Women’s Day is a special tribute to their contributions. He praised their dedication, stating that over the years, they have remained committed to their roles with diligence and grace, making vital contributions to both their families and the company’s growth.

While the steel structure industry is traditionally seen as a male-dominated field, the women at our company have proven that “women hold up half the sky.” Working across every department, they have excelled in their respective positions, with many rising as industry leaders:

Guo Nannan: On March 1st, she was honored as a 2024 National Female Exemplar in the China Construction Steel Structure Industry. Expertly balancing engineering budgets, she ensures the company’s rights are protected while consistently meeting client needs. Coincidentally, March 7th marks her 10th anniversary with the company. She remarked, “On this special day, I send my best wishes to all my sisters striving in their roles. I am deeply grateful to the company for providing such a vast platform for my professional growth.”

Zhang Yanhong: A recipient of the 2023 National Female Exemplar award, Zhang uses her profound technical knowledge and experience to lead the detailing team, successfully completing complex project after project.

Qiu Yanling: As Procurement Supervisor and a multi-year “Outstanding Employee,” Qiu seamlessly blends professional logic with a woman’s keen attention to detail. By aligning material procurement with project timelines and market fluctuations, she ensures a seamless supply chain for production.

From operations and sales to technical engineering, administration, procurement, and production—women are integral to every facet of our company. These exemplary individuals are but a snapshot of the many women at Yihe who are striving for a better future. They are mothers, daughters, and sisters, but above all, they are themselves. On the ever-growing platform of Yihe, they continue to grow alongside the company through their dedicated actions.
